Job Overview
The Agricultural Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of technicians responsible for the upkeep, repair, and optimization of Caterpillar’s agricultural machinery fleet. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all agricultural equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 8‑10 maintenance technicians.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and hydraulic issues, ensuring timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and generate performance reports for management.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables to avoid stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Caterpillar’s quality standards.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule service appointments and support new equipment installations.
