Job Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the human resources function for Nestle in Sierra Leone. This will include recruiting and selecting new employees, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
