Monitor and Supervise the Implementation of MBSSE Integrated School Feeding Project in Kailahun District covering five chiefdoms, ensuring that school feeding is carried out continuously in all our operation schools within the chiefdom.Work with community stakeholders to ensure that they take ownership of the project and monitore its successful implementation. Collaborate with MBSSE and Food Secretariate at District level to raise awareness about child right to education, importance of school feeding to learning outcome

• Support the coordination and monitoring of project activities at the field level, ensuring implementation schedules are met as per the detailed activity plan, and that adherence to systems for quality project implementation are strengthened, principally dedicated to the development, and functioning of all MGD4 program activities in operational chiefdoms. • Participate in trainings and workshops delivered by CRS, with a view to replicating them at the community level. • Facilitate the review of the MBSSE Administrator manual and provide annual training to school administrators using adapted versions of the manual with a focus on school management and teacher support. • Collaborate with the Teaching Service Commission (TSC) District Directors, District Directors of Education (DDEs) and Inspectors to revise and implement Teacher Training, Literacy Instruction, Diagnostics Teaching Methods (DTM) Annual Inservice Training, Early Childhood Development Training (ECD),Safe food preparation, Teacher Certification, and Teacher Support through Learning Communities.
