Position Overview

LEOCEM is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company’s market presence within the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote LEOCEM cement products and related construction materials.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Expand customer base across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and customer portfolio.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, retailers, developers, and construction companies.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Product Promotion & Brand Development

  • Participate in trade exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities.

  • Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Education Requirements

Candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

  • Or a related discipline

Additional certifications in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or business development will be considered advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
