Position Summary
The Principal serves as the senior academic and administrative leader of the institution and is responsible for ensuring high standards in teaching quality, student achievement, staff accountability, and school development planning.
The role requires a strategic and visionary professional with strong expertise in education leadership, school operations, teacher performance management, and community engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement an effective School Improvement Plan.
- Drive measurable improvement in student learning outcomes and academic standards.
- Establish key performance indicators for attendance, discipline, and academic achievement.
- Lead school transformation initiatives and institutional growth strategies.
Academic Management
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with educational standards.
