Job Overview
The Financial Inclusion Specialist will play a key role in supporting the World Bank’s financial inclusion agenda in Sierra Leone. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial inclusion, with experience working on projects related to financial inclusion, microfinance, and digital financial services.
The Financial Inclusion Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the government and private sector on financial inclusion policy and regulation, as well as supporting the development of financial inclusion programs and projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, private sector representatives, and civil society organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working on financial inclusion projects
- Strong knowledge of financial inclusion policy and regulation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
