Job Overview

The Construction Safety Officer will lead the implementation of comprehensive safety programs on all Bovis construction sites in Bo and surrounding districts. This role involves developing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve site‑specific safety plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure all workers and subcontractors receive appropriate safety training and certifications.
