Job Overview

The Construction Project Controls Engineer will join the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead cost, schedule, and performance monitoring for large‑scale construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash‑flow forecasts for each project phase.
• Monitor actual performance against baseline plans and generate variance analyses.
• Identify, assess, and report project risks, proposing corrective actions to senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and field teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support contract administration by tracking change orders and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Implement best practices in project controls, continuously improving processes and tools.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in cost control and earned value management.

Education
