Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with IBM’s quality standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong background in IT project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
