Job Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function for our Sierra Leone operations. This will include developing and implementing financial models, analyzing financial data, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis. They will be able to analyze complex financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
