Job Overview
Sierra Leone Job Search is proud to announce a new job opportunity for a Digital Asset Management Specialist at Thomson Reuters in Bo, Sierra Leone. As a Digital Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s digital assets, including images, videos, and documents.
You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure that all digital assets are properly tagged, categorized, and stored in the company’s digital asset management system. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing workflows and processes to ensure the efficient use of digital assets across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s digital assets, including images, videos, and documents
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure that all digital assets are properly tagged, categorized, and stored in the company’s digital asset management system
- Create and implement workflows and processes to ensure the efficient use of digital assets across the organization
- Develop and maintain metadata standards and taxonomies for digital assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that digital assets are properly used and reused across the organization
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital asset management systems and workflows
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
