Job Overview
We are currently hiring in Sierra Leone for a seasoned Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury property in Freetown. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Develop and implement budgets to control costs while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase occupancy rates and attract international tourists.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment is required. Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction metrics and managing large teams is essential. Experience working with international hotel brands is preferred.
