Job Overview

The Sustainable Agriculture Project Manager will lead Olam’s flagship initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainable farming practices in the Southern Province. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sustainable agriculture project plans, including timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with local farmer groups, NGOs, and government bodies to secure project approvals and community buy‑in.
• Monitor field activities, collect data on crop yields, soil quality, and resource usage, and produce regular progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to climate variability, market fluctuations, and logistical challenges.
• Lead capacity‑building workshops for farmers on best practices such as conservation agriculture, integrated pest management, and post‑harvest handling.

Education
