Job Overview
The Academic Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating academic programmes within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. Reporting to the Dean of Academic Affairs, you will collaborate with department heads, faculty members, and external stakeholders to ensure that curricula are relevant, accredited, and aligned with both local and international standards. This position demands a blend of strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder communication to enhance the quality and impact of the university’s educational offerings. The role also involves monitoring enrolment trends, managing programme budgets, and supporting faculty development initiatives. As a key member of the Academic Affairs team, you will contribute to the university’s mission of delivering world‑class education while promoting research, community service, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update programme curricula in consultation with academic staff and industry partners.
- Coordinate programme accreditation processes and ensure compliance with national education regulations.
- Manage enrolment cycles, including admissions criteria, student registration, and data reporting.
- Oversee programme budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance.
- Facilitate faculty workshops, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Analyze programme outcomes, graduate employability data, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the university, professional bodies, and external funding agencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and external auditors.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of three to five years of experience in academic programme coordination, curriculum development, or a similar role within a tertiary education institution. Experience in accreditation processes, budget management, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from SSP 1,200,000 to SSP 1,800,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
