Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive digital strategies for Accenture’s clients in Sierra Leone and the wider West African region. The role involves assessing client readiness, defining roadmaps, and overseeing the implementation of cutting‑edge technologies such as AI, cloud platforms, and data analytics. By collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, the Lead will ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities

Education

A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, AWS, Azure) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably within consulting firms or large enterprises. Experience working with clients in the public sector, finance, or telecommunications in Sierra Leone or the broader West African market is strongly preferred.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from SSP 2,500,000 to SSP 4,000,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
