Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our team in Kenema, Sierra Leone. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies across our operations in Sierra Leone.
You will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop plans to achieve our goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of digital transformation specialists and working with external partners to deliver our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies across our operations in Sierra Leone
- Lead a team of digital transformation specialists and work with external partners to deliver our digital transformation initiatives
- Work closely with our senior leadership team to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop plans to achieve our goals
- Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the success of our digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation or a related field
