Job Summary
The IT Executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, software applications, network systems, and end-user technology requirements. The ideal candidate should possess experience in technical support, network administration, system administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software troubleshooting, IT operations, database management, helpdesk support, infrastructure management, hardware maintenance, and information security.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
- Monitor and maintain company IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth operation of servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Perform regular system health checks and maintenance activities.

- Support business continuity and system availability initiatives.
Technical Support & Helpdesk Services
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to employees.

Network Administration
- Monitor network performance and security.

Software & Application Support
- Install, configure, and maintain business software applications.
- Assist with software updates, patches, and upgrades.
