Job Overview

The Solar Panel Installation Supervisor will oversee the end‑to‑end installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems for utility‑scale and commercial projects in the Koidu region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews of electricians, technicians, and contractors on solar PV sites.
• Develop detailed installation plans, work schedules, and resource allocation matrices.
• Ensure all installations comply with international standards (IEC 61730, IEC 61215) and local regulations.
• Conduct on‑site quality inspections, performance testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Manage procurement, delivery, and inventory of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and ancillary equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
