Job Overview

The Digital Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to design and develop high-quality digital learning content.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies. They will be able to design and develop digital learning experiences that are engaging, interactive, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers
• Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to design and develop digital learning content
• Conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives and outcomes
• Design and develop interactive and engaging digital learning experiences
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that digital learning experiences are aligned with business objectives

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Experience with digital learning technologies, including learning management systems and authoring tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
