Job Overview

The Digital Learning Experience Designer will work closely with our team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop digital learning experiences that are engaging, effective, and meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers
• Work closely with our team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop digital learning experiences
• Conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives and outcomes
• Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, tutorials, and assessments
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning technologies
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Experience with digital learning technologies, including learning management systems and authoring tools
• Strong communication and project management skills
