The successful candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, production, and team management. You will be responsible for creating designs, developing patterns, and ensuring that all garments meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production team to ensure timely and high-quality production of garments
• Create designs and develop patterns for new collections
• Manage and train production staff to ensure efficient production processes
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure garments meet company standards
• Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and fabrics

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in fashion design and production management
• Strong knowledge of fashion design principles, patterns making, and garment construction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
