Job Overview

The Blockchain Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that Mastercard’s blockchain‑based payment solutions comply with local regulations, international standards, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret Sierra Leonean and international regulations affecting blockchain and digital payments.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for blockchain initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and due‑diligence reviews of blockchain partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed compliance requirements into solution design.
• Prepare compliance reports, audit documentation, and regulatory filings as required.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on blockchain compliance best practices.
