Job Overview

The Broadcast Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all broadcast activities for BBC Media Action’s Lunsar hub. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will oversee the technical and editorial teams, manage studio facilities, ensure compliance with broadcasting standards, and coordinate with partner stations to maximize reach. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day broadcast operations, including scheduling, transmission, and quality control.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of producers, engineers, and presenters, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with local radio stations and digital platforms to ensure seamless content distribution.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance for all broadcast activities.
