We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to lead our data science team in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
As a Data Science Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions. You will lead a team of data scientists and analysts to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data visualizations

- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- 5 years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong communication and leadership skills
