We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team in Kenema, Sierra Leone. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices that minimize our environmental footprint and promote eco-friendly policies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable practices that reduce our environmental footprint
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies to mitigate negative impacts
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to promote eco-friendly policies and practices
- Develop and manage budgets for sustainability projects
- Provide training and support to staff on sustainable practices
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5 years of experience in environmental sustainability or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainable practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
