Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Geological Mapping Specialist to join our team in Kambia, Sierra Leone. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting geological mapping and research in the region, and will work closely with our team of geologists and other experts to advance our understanding of the Earth’s systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct geological mapping and research in the region
  • Collaborate with our team of geologists and other experts to advance our understanding of the Earth’s systems and processes

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Geology or related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Education

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in Geology or a related field. A Ph.D. in Geology or a related field would be an advantage.

Experience

The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in geological mapping and research. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines is essential.

Salary

The salary for this position is 50,000 – 70,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience.
