Job Overview

The Solar Project Development Engineer will lead the end‑to‑end development of utility‑scale and commercial solar projects in Bo and surrounding districts. Reporting to the Regional Project Development Manager, the engineer will be responsible for feasibility studies, site assessments, permitting, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site assessments, including solar resource analysis, grid interconnection studies, and land use evaluations.

• In‑depth knowledge of solar PV technology, grid integration, and local regulatory frameworks.

Education

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in solar project development, including feasibility studies, permitting, and financial analysis.
