Job Description

The Administrative and Human Resources Officer will oversee HR administration, office coordination, recruitment support, compliance tracking, procurement assistance, staff record management, and operational logistics to ensure efficient organizational performance.

The successful candidate will help maintain compliance with labor laws, donor guidelines, and NGO administrative standards while supporting employee welfare and institutional development.
