Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for solar and wind installations.
  • Conduct site assessments, resource analyses, and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
  • Secure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals in compliance with Sierra Leonean law.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams including engineers, procurement specialists, and local contractors.

Required Skills

Education

Experience

Minimum five years of hands‑on experience managing renewable energy projects from conception to commissioning, with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Experience working in West Africa or similar emerging markets is an advantage.

Salary
