Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, and for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of store managers and employees, and for ensuring that all store operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail stores
• Lead a team of store managers and employees
• Ensure that all store operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly displayed and merchandised

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
