Job Description
The Administrative Specialist – With Cashier Responsibility will manage day-to-day financial transactions, petty cash operations, procurement support, office administration, and compliance reporting in accordance with organizational policies and donor regulations.
The successful candidate will ensure financial transparency, administrative efficiency, procurement coordination, and adherence to internal control systems while supporting country office operations.

Key Job Responsibilities
Cash Management & Financial Operations
- Manage petty cash funds and ensure accurate financial recording.
- Prepare cash payment vouchers and verify supporting documentation.

- Coordinate petty cash replenishment with the Finance Unit.
- Monitor staff cash advances and ensure proper settlement.

- Support procurement activities coordinated through the Country Office in Freetown.
