Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cold Chain Logistics Manager to lead our temperature-controlled supply chain operations in Bonthe. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust cold chain protocols to ensure temperature-sensitive products are stored and transported within strict limits.
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of specialized refrigeration equipment, including active and passive cooling systems.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse facilities and transport vehicles to ensure compliance with international GDP standards.
- Coordinate with customs officials and port authorities to expedite the clearance of urgent medical shipments.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in logistics, with at least 5 years specifically focused on cold chain operations within the pharmaceutical or food industry. Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa or other developing regions is strongly preferred, as is a proven track record of managing logistics in coastal or island environments where infrastructure may be limited.
