Job Overview
The Hospitality Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing room revenue and overall profitability through the strategic application of pricing, inventory control, and distribution management. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize total revenue.
- Conduct daily analysis of hotel performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Manage distribution channels, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Forecast demand patterns and adjust pricing dynamically based on market conditions and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages that drive occupancy during off-peak seasons.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market share using benchmarking tools.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings to review performance and adjust tactical plans.
- Ensure pricing consistency across all digital and physical booking platforms.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Expertise in dynamic pricing and yield management techniques.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, or a related business field is required. Professional certifications in Revenue Management (such as CRME) are highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
Experience
Candidates must possess 5 to 7 years of proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector. Experience working in emerging markets or luxury resorts is preferred.
