Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sustainable Fashion Designer to join our team in Freetown. As a Sustainable Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing eco-friendly clothing and accessories that meet our brand’s high standards of quality and style. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all designs are produced using sustainable materials and practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop eco-friendly clothing and accessories that meet our brand’s standards of quality and style
- Research and source sustainable materials and suppliers
- Collaborate with production team to ensure sustainable production practices
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of sustainable fashion practices and trends
- Work closely with marketing team to develop brand campaigns and promotions
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in sustainable fashion
- Strong knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and materials
- Excellent design and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field required.
