Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Implementation
The Project Manager will:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of medium and large-scale projects.
- Establish project governance structures including:
- Project Management Team (PMT)
- Project Boards
- Vendor coordination systems
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate nationwide implementation activities across branches.
- Ensure project execution aligns with company objectives.
Governance, Reporting & Documentation
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing progress reports, project documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Maintaining project document repositories and records.
- Conducting weekly reporting on:
- Project progress
- Dependencies
- Risks
- Attention points
- Supporting executive management with performance updates.
Risk Management & Stakeholder Coordination
The selected candidate will:
- Manage project risk and issue logs.
