Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation frameworks.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Financial & Risk Management
- Track project expenditures and budget performance.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Support organizational change management initiatives.
- Implement project management best practices.
- Ensure project documentation and knowledge management standards are maintained.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree is advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale operational, infrastructure, or technology projects.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and budget management.
- Experience within telecommunications, construction, technology, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
